Description of Service

Varha AI provides AI-powered finance automation services for logistics companies, including but not limited to invoice processing, document extraction, accounts payable and receivable automation, and workflow management.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
Respect intellectual property rights

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Varha AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
